As a leader, Peg coached teams during major corporate transitions and change initiatives, exceeding business objectives.
Petra Van Dieren is the European Health, Safety and Environmental Manager for Dawn Foods Europe and is responsible for HSE policy and its implementation across 7 Dawn production locations in Europe. As part of the Global Safety team, Petra participates in local leadership teams, working closely with colleagues on initiation and development of HSE projects and activities, ensuring effective implementation.
Maggie Walsh is Vice President, Strategic Pursuits Leader for HDR, a leading consulting company in engineering, architecture, environmental and construction services. Maggie has been involved in the design and construction industry for nearly 20 years as a strategy officer, marketer, communicator, and facilitator. She has a unique ability to communicate technical, policy, and management issues related to the design and construct industry in terms that are easily understood by a technical and non-technical audience and presented in a manner that promotes consensus building.
Alison Miller, Ph.D, has a doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Cornell University. She is a published author in the field of psychology and the author of Finish Your Dissertation Once and For All: How to Overcome Psychological Barriers, Get Results, and Move on with Your Life published by the American Psychological Association. Alison is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the American Psychological Association. She lives in Los Angeles, CA with her husband and two children.
